Restore purchases

Open Settings in ToteTally and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. Family Sharing members get the one-time purchase automatically.

Move to a new phone

With iCloud sync on, install ToteTally on the new phone, sign in to the same iCloud and your data appears. Without iCloud, go to Settings › Back up now on the old phone, move the .totetally file to the new one, then choose Restore from a .totetally file.

Export CSV

In the Taxes tab, tap Export CSV. You get items, sales, expenses and mileage as spreadsheet files. CSV export is free.

Enter the actual fee

Open the sold item and tap Enter actual fee. Type the fee shown on the marketplace payout page. It replaces the estimate for that sale only, and ToteTally shows the difference.

Add your own marketplace

Go to Settings › Fee tables › Add your own marketplace. Enter a percent, a fixed fee per order and a minimum fee. It appears in the marketplace picker when you record a sale.

How fee tables update

When a marketplace changes its fees, we publish a signed fee table file. The app downloads it, checks the signature and adds it as a new version with its date. New sales use the new version, and past sales keep the one they were recorded with.
